« La Voûte » Bouillabaisse
Scorpionfish, weever, John Dory, red gurnard, monkfish, conger eel. Served for two people minimum.
Traditional Mediterranean cooking. Fresh fish, mussels and bouillabaisse, served on the terrace and in the veranda, facing the boats.
La Voûte sits on the quai des Baux, at the edge of the port of Cassis. The cooking is simple Mediterranean fare: what comes from the sea, what grows nearby, and nothing more complicated than it needs to be.
Provençal stuffed mussels and bouillabaisse are on the menu all year round. The rest follows the seasons and changes two to three times a year. Service runs continuously when the season calls for it: you can have a late lunch, an ice cream in the afternoon, and dinner looking out over the harbour.
The dining room, veranda and terrace seat 56. The veranda opens up in fine weather, and is enclosed and heated the rest of the time.
